Winter jeans for men, lined and cut to your size

Fleece-lined or flannel-lined jeans for men, cut from your own measurements. The lining takes up room, so we start from your numbers, not a stock size. Two styles, Lined Straight and Lined Relaxed, $129 in every size, waists 24 to 70 inches.

Winter jeans for men that fit over the lining

Most lined jeans for men are made in stock waist-and-length sizes. The lining adds bulk inside the leg, so a 34 that fits unlined can pull across the thigh or seat once it's lined. You end up choosing between a tight thigh and a loose waist.

We cut from your measurements, so waist, seat, thigh and inseam are each their own number. Give us your measurements as usual; a pattern maker checks them before cutting. That includes big and tall builds, tall frames and athletic thighs.

Two lined styles

  • Lined Relaxed jeans, worn on a model

    The Lined Straight

An even leg from hip to hem, easy to wear with boots or sneakers. Shop Lined Straight, $129.

  • Lined Straight jeans, black, worn on a model

    The Lined Relaxed

More room through the seat and thigh, which suits a heavier lining or layering underneath. Shop Lined Relaxed, $129.

Before you order lined jeans

  1. Pick fleece if you're outdoors a lot or run cold; flannel for lighter, more breathable wear.
  2. Measure, or copy a pair that fits, the way you normally would; we check the numbers before cutting.
  3. Tell us in the notes for your tailor if you'll wear thermal layers underneath.
  4. Choose your inseam for the boots or shoes you'll wear in winter.
  5. Not sure which? See women's lined jeans for the other department, or the lined jeans overview for fleece vs flannel.

When to skip the lining

  • Your winters are mild, or you're mostly in a heated office or car.

  • You'd rather layer. An unlined pair in Classic Rigid 13 oz with base layers underneath gives you control on warmer days. Try the Straight.

We check your numbers before we cut

Copy your best-fitting jeans laid flat (easiest) or measure yourself with a soft tape. Height and weight are optional, as a cross-check.

Within 1 working day a pattern maker compares every measurement with the others and with your height and weight, and emails you before cutting if anything looks unusual.

Questions and answers

Are fleece-lined or flannel-lined jeans better for men in winter?

Fleece is plusher and generally warmer. Flannel is lighter and more breathable, with a slimmer leg. If you're outdoors a lot, lean fleece; if you go in and out of heated rooms, flannel.

Will lined jeans fit if I'm big and tall?

Yes. We cut each pair from your measurements, with waists up to 70 inches and inseams up to 40 inches, at the same $129 price.

Can I get flannel-lined jeans in a relaxed fit?

Yes. The Lined Relaxed comes with either lining, and the Lined Straight does too.

Can I wear long underwear under lined jeans?

Many people do on the coldest days. Tell us in the notes for your tailor and we'll note it with your measurements.

What's the price of men's lined jeans?

$129 in every size, with US duties included. Soft Cotton Stretch adds $15.
