1. The Contract Between Us

We must receive payment in full for the products you ordered before we can approve your order. We will send you an email at the address you provided on the order form to notify you that your order has been approved once the payment has been received. We enter into a legally binding contract when we accept your order, which can be enforced in court.

2. Our Right To Refuse Your Order

2.1 We reserve the right to refuse your purchase for any reason, including but not limited to the following, even if we have already received payment:

2.1.1 Insufficient inventory prevents us from completing your purchase;

2.1.2 We do not deliver to the address you have provided, or

2.1.3 Some of the items you purchased may have been displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing data we received from our suppliers.

2.2 If we decline your order, we will send you an email to let you know and will promptly, but at most within 30 days of the order, re-credit your account for any amount that was taken from your credit card. We won't be required to provide any further compensation for the disappointment experienced.

3. Price

3.1 The costs associated with the items you order are those listed on our website.

3.2 Delivery may incur additional costs, and certain locations may not be serviced by us. Our website lists the delivery fees that we charge.

3.3 All orders are handled in US dollars at the rates that are listed at the time of purchase. For the convenience of the customer, only approximate conversions into other currencies are displayed. Between the date of order placement and the date of dispatch, these prices are subject to a small adjustment.

4. Right For You To Cancel The Contract

4.1 Up until the end of the seventh working day following the day you placed your order, you may terminate your agreement with us for the goods you purchase. If you want to end your contract, you can do so without giving us a reason or incurring any penalties.

4.2 If you want to end your contract, you have to write us a notice.

4.3 Should you receive the goods ahead of cancelling your contract, you will be responsible for returning them to our contact address at your own expense. In the event that your contract is cancelled but the goods have already been processed for delivery, you will need to return the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense and risk, and you will not be allowed to unpack them when you receive them.

4.4 Special order items are not eligible for our standard 7-day return policy. This includes custom-made clothing that is ordered specifically for your make. Only faulty or incorrectly delivered items may be returned.

4.5 Any money deducted from your credit card and charged to us will be refunded to your account as soon as possible—and in any case, within 30 days of your order—after you notify us that you are terminating your contract.

4.6 We reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount that will be refunded to you if you cancel the contract but fail to return the goods to us in the same condition that they were in when they were delivered to you or fail to pay the delivery charges.

5. Delivery Of Goods To You

5.1 When you place your order, you provide us with the address to which you would like the goods to be delivered.

5.2 After your order is accepted, delivery will take place as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the order.

5.3 After the items are delivered to you, you will own the ones you purchased. After the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for keeping them safe; we won't be held responsible for any loss or damage.

6. Return and Replacement

6.1 We work hard to ensure that you are happy with our goods and services. Before being shipped, every product needs to pass quality inspections and cross-checks. However, there are situations where you must return or replace the product; certain things must be taken care of.

6.2 Since every order is custom-made, there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs associated with returning an item for a replacement.

6.3 Refunds and returns are only accepted up to 15 days after the date of delivery.

6.4 Buyers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs in the event of returns or replacements.

6.5 Unless there is a defect, products sold during sales and discounts are non-refundable.

Jackets that are fully customised and measure 6.6 are not exchangeable or refundable.

7. Fraud Prevention

7.1 You agree that we may use personal information provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, keeping a record of that information.

7.2 Using the relevant third-party databases, we will verify your name, address, and other personal information that you submitted during the order process. You agree to these checks being made by accepting these terms and conditions. Your personal information may be shared with a registered credit reference agency during the course of these checks, and the agency may maintain a record of that information. You can be confident that your credit rating won't be impacted, that this is simply being done to verify your identity, and that no credit check will be done. Your information will all be handled carefully and securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

8. Notices

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our email address [email protected]. All notices will be displayed on our website from to time.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

If an unforeseen event, such as a strike, lockout, or other industrial dispute, a breakdown of systems or network access, a flood, fire, explosion, or accident occurs, we will not be liable to you for any failure to deliver the goods you ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to the delivered goods.

10. Governing Law

The contract between us will be governed by English law, and any disputes between us will be resolved by the English courts.

11. Entire Agreement

The entirety of our agreement regarding the supply of the goods to you by us is outlined in these terms and conditions, along with our current website prices, delivery information, contact information, and privacy policy, with the exception of situations in which you are dealing as a consumer:

11.1 No statement made by a sales representative acting on our behalf shall be construed as altering these terms and conditions or as a legitimate endorsement of the type or caliber of any products we offer for sale; and,

11.2 We disclaim all liability for any false or misleading representation, absent fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
