Center Back Length:
To measure the center back length, lay the shirt flat with the back side facing up. Smooth out any wrinkles to ensure an accurate measurement. Place the tape measure just below the collar at the center and extend it straight down to the bottom hem of the garment. This measurement will give you the full length of the back from below the collar to the bottom edge.
Chest:
Place the shirt flat with the front facing up. Measure the chest width by running the tape measure from one side to the other, level with the armpits. Ensure you measure from edge to edge, including any visible portion of the back that may show when the garment is laid flat, to capture the full width.
Shoulder:
Place the shirt flat with the back facing up. Measure the shoulder width from one shoulder seam, located at the top of the armhole, across to the seam on the opposite side. Ensure you measure at the widest part of the shoulders for accuracy.
Bottom:
Place the shirt flat with the front side facing up. Measure the width at the bottom edge from one side to the other at the lowest point. Be sure to measure from edge to edge, rather than seam to seam, as any visible part of the back should be included for a complete measurement.
Sleeve:
Place the shirt flat with the front side up. Measure the sleeve length from the top of the armhole down to the sleeve opening, ensuring you include the cuff in the measurement.
